Ok so i had got a seatbelt ticket, and forget to pay it on time. So i had to go up to the police department and arrange all that. I happened to notice that as my race on the ticket it stated i was white. im full mexican btw So i asked the policeman why it said i was ''white'' when clearly im ''mexican''... He then said to me that hispanic isnt considered a race in the state of arkansas..If someone is hispanic their considered white hispanic..He didnt get why..but that was the law..So my question is why?? Is theire other states with this so called law..
