my husband and all his friends are spanish speaking. so over there years i have picked up A LOT. i normally go the the dr. with everyone and interpret for them, everything from births to court related issues. i speak more spanish than english on a daily basis, our oldest son also speaks spanish as well. and recently with my sister in laws son in children's hospital and them having to use the interpreters there,witch made me mad because he was asking my sister in law the correct words in spanishand did not seem to know what he was doing and she says i speak better spanish than him and he was speaking mexican spanish. so it has me thinking this is something i would really like to pursue i would like to work in children's hospital, or any pediatric office really. or even be an on call at my nearest hospital. or maybe free lance. but i cant seem to find the requirements for tennessee. where can i find the requirements for my state? or does it go by who i work with? i know some states don't really require much of anything.thanks
