Washington State is, by-and-large, fairly liberal, where Idaho is the newest hotbed of extremist white supremecist and para-millitary revolutionary groups. Draw your conclusions from that. If you meant long DISTANCE relationships, but your vocabulary somehow failed you, no......I wouldn't advise it. Have your huggy-loveable move to Washington before he winds up hanging from a tree in the woods, somewhere. |

Washington DC or Washington state? Because, for you in particular, those are two completely different situations. I would imagine if it's Washington state you all might be able to see one another from time to time more often, whereas if it was DC that person might as well live in another country. Try talking, sending text messages often. Try skype if possible. It's hard but I know people who can do that. I'm in a long distance relationship myself, I live outside Kansas City and he lives outside Houston, so it's right at 1,000 miles of distance between us but it's been 2 months since he's left and it's going ok so far. OH! Be sure you can handle that person being on their own while away from you. There is nothing to prevent them from going out and finding someone or having some fun that went a little too far while away from you. That's something I'm still trying to deal with myself. Love have no distance! If its true love then it is possible. But just make sure you guys see each other once in a while. If he/ shes not the right person then it'd probably end. |
